No-Show Policy

At Treat. Skin & Body, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

To respect our providers’ time and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or missed entirely (no-shows) will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. This fee cannot be applied toward future services.
Because our schedule is often fully booked, late cancellations are difficult to accommodate and prevent other clients from receiving care.
As a courtesy, each client is eligible for one waived late cancellation fee. Any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the standard fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in a temporary pause on scheduling privileges.
