Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At treat. Skin & Body, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you.

To respect our providers’ time and ensure availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policy:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or missed entirely (no-shows) will incur a $100 late cancellation fee. This fee cannot be applied toward future services.

• Because our schedule is often fully booked, late cancellations are difficult to accommodate and prevent other clients from receiving care.

• As a courtesy, each client is eligible for one waived late cancellation fee. Any subsequent late cancellations or no-shows will result in the standard fee.

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in a temporary pause on scheduling privileges.
